• A beautiful, quick and economical way to decorate your cakes and cookies from PME!
• This impression mat is ideal for use with a range of edible materials including: sugarpaste (rolled fondant), modelling paste (gum paste) or marzipan.
• Both sides of the mat can be used to create either an embossed or raised design.
• Instructions for use: Knead and roll out the fondant or gumpaste to an even thickness using powdered sugar for dusting. Choose the design side required and lay the impression mat onto the fondant/gumpaste. Firmly push a smoother across the impression mat to emboss the design into the fondant/gumpaste. Ensure all areas of the mat are pushed into the paste. Remove the mat to reveal the design on the paste. Spray with edible lustre to enhance the decorated paste. Size approx. 12in x 6in.
